Luana Biagini is passionate about helping the immigrant community achieve their American dream by legalizing their status in the U.S. and securing a future for their families. Originally from Santa Catarina, Brazil, Luana arrived in the U.S. at the age of seven and witnessed firsthand the struggles her parents faced while trying to legalize their status. From a young age, she assisted her parents by translating and helping with their immigration matters, sparking her dedication to this field. In 2015, Luana began her career as a paralegal, gaining invaluable experience working for various immigration law firms and learning the intricacies of immigration law. Her compassion and commitment shone brightly in 2018 when she played a crucial role in assisting mothers separated from their children at the border under the zero tolerance policy, advocating for and helping to reunite families. Luana earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from the esteemed Suffolk University and her Juris Doctor Degree from the Massachusetts School of Law. With a deep personal understanding of the immigrant experience, Luana is dedicated to guiding individuals through the complexities of the immigration system with empathy and expertise.

Priscilla Mazon
Paralegal
Priscilla is deeply committed to being a voice for the immigrant community, drawing from her own experiences as an immigrant who arrived in the U.S. at the age of nine. Witnessing the struggles her parents faced in legalizing their status inspired her to make a meaningful impact in her community.. With a background in business ownership, Priscilla recognized her true calling in assisting immigrants and has dedicated her efforts solely to immigration matters. She supports the team with a wide range of cases, including asylum, T-Visas for victims of human trafficking, U-Visas for victims of crimes, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS) petitions, adjustment of status based on marriage, petitions for alien relatives, naturalization, and more. Outside the office, Priscilla is devoted to spending time with her family, underscoring her commitment to the values of support and community.



John Martins
Chief Paralegal
John is a licensed and experienced lawyer from Brazil with a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from UniEvangélica, Goiás, and a specialization in Civil Law, Family Law, and Civil Procedure. He has over eight years of legal experience, including internships at the Goiás Court of Justice and the 2nd Police Station of Anápolis. John has worked as a paralegal in the U.S since August 2021, assisting with various immigration cases, such as green card applications, naturalization, special immigrant juvenile visas, and humanitarian processes like VAWA, U-Visa, and T-Visa. He also handles cases before the Immigration Court and is developing expertise in business and corporate immigration. John is preparing to pursue a master's degree in American law and take the Bar Exam. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, going to the beach, and listening to music.
John's motto is: Pour your heart into what drives you daily, and God will reward you like a refreshing morning breeze.
Sabrina Efthalitsidis
Paralegal
Sabrina has been a paralegal specializing in immigration law since 2018, following a five-year career in healthcare where she developed strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Her passion for helping others navigate complex systems, particularly immigrants, inspired her career shift. As the daughter of immigrant parents, Sabrina has a unique empathy for her clients and is committed to helping them achieve stability and security. She has extensive experience with asylum, green cards, K1 visas, DACA, and more. Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish, Sabrina effectively communicates with diverse communities.
Driven by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, Sabrina approaches each case with care and dedication. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, working out, playing volleyball, and traveling. Sabrina holds an AILA Paralegal Certification, which has further solidified her commitment to excellence in immigration law.


Missieli Mason-Freire
Operations Manager
Missieli holds a bachelor's degree in interdisciplinary studies, specializing in Data Analytics and Business from Arizona State University. She has worked in restaurants, retail, and administrative roles and co-founded a business.
In her role, Missieli ensures smooth daily operations by managing accounts, overseeing teams, and coordinating with external contractors. Her passion for data analytics helps turn complex data into actionable insights, driving strategic decisions.
Dedicated to the firm’s mission, Missieli finds fulfillment in helping clients achieve their American Dream. She enjoys spending time with her family, taking nature walks in the Pacific Northwest, volunteering and traveling (having visited 49 U.S. states, South America, and Europe). Missieli also serves as a director for an organization aiding children in orphanages and supporting impactful projects in several countries.
Stephanie Martone

Stephanie holds a Law degree from UniEvangélica in Goiás, Brazil, and has gained valuable experience working at a distinguished corporate law firm. Her academic journey reflects a deep passion for the study of the intrinsic value of human life, which led her to present a research paper on this subject at an international law conference. Recognized for its significance, her research was subsequently published, underscoring her commitment to academic excellence and her pursuit of a deeper understanding of fundamental rights.
Grounded in strong family values, Stephanie draws continuous inspiration from her role as a mother, which fuels her dedication to both personal and professional growth. Her work is driven by a steadfast commitment to justice, integrity, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Deborah Barroso
Legal Assistant
Deborah is a seasoned lawyer from Brazil, specializing in Tax Law. With eight years of experience in Business Law, she has provided services including company legalization, corporate amendments, social contracts, and terminations. In the U.S., Deborah continued her work in Tax Law for an accounting firm, broadening her expertise in both Brazilian and U.S. legal systems.
Passionate about law, Deborah is committed to continuous learning. She is preparing to begin her master's in law, aiming to revalidate her law degree, pass the Bar exam, and become a licensed attorney.
Driven by justice and empathy, Deborah's career centers around helping others, particularly those seeking to immigrate to the U.S. and start new chapters in their lives. She lives by the words of Eduardo Juan Couture: "Your duty is to fight for the Law, but if one day you find the Law in conflict with Justice, fight for Justice."
Liza De Moura

Liza is a dedicated assistant at Biagini Law Group, known for her professionalism, warmth,
and unwavering support for clients and attorneys alike. From a young age, she felt drawn to
the legal field, and today, she channels that passion by contributing to a team that
advocates for others with care and precision.
In addition to her legal work, Liza is active in real estate, offering thoughtful guidance
rooted in compassion and client care. Her strong belief in mental and emotional well-being
shapes her approach in every professional interaction.
Outside of work, Liza is deeply involved in her community through Exchange Church and
mentorship programs for children from challenging backgrounds. A creative spirit, she
finds joy in art and peace at the beach—always striving to lead with empathy, integrity, and
